To request a refund:

3. Include a brief reason for the refund

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Note that refunds are not available after 14 days or if the license has been actively used on a production website.

It depends on the license type:

• Single Site License: One domain only
• Multi-Site License: Up to 5 domains
• Unlimited License: Unlimited domains

To activate your license:

1. Install the plugin on your WordPress site
2. Go to the plugin settings page
3. Enter your license key
4. Click "Activate"

Your license will be validated and locked to your domain automatically.

Your license key is available in several places:

• In the email sent after purchase
• In your account dashboard
• In the purchase confirmation page

License keys are formatted as: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Yes! You can change your domain through your dashboard:

1. Log in to your dashboard
2. Find the license you want to update
3. Click "Change Domain"
4. Enter your new domain

Note: Domain changes are subject to our fair use policy to prevent abuse.

If your license key isn't working, try these steps:

1. Verify you copied the entire key without spaces
2. Check that your license hasn't expired
3. Ensure the domain matches your activated domain
4. Clear your site cache and try again

The plugin validates your license every 48 hours.

If validation fails (e.g., server is down), the plugin continues working for up to 7 days before disabling features. This ensures your site stays operational during temporary outages.

The plugin needs periodic internet access for license validation (every 48 hours).

However, your site will continue functioning normally for up to 7 days without internet access. After 7 days, some features may be disabled until connectivity is restored.

Our plugins require:

• WordPress 5.8 or higher
• PHP 7.4 or higher
• MySQL 5.6 or higher

For best performance, we recommend using the latest versions.

With an active license, updates are automatic:

1. Go to Dashboard → Updates in WordPress
2. Click "Update Now" next to the plugin

You can also enable automatic updates in the Plugins page.

Yes! Localhost and staging domains are automatically allowed:

• localhost
• *.local
• *.test
• *.staging

These don't count towards your domain limit.

Standard licenses are valid for 1 year from purchase.

After expiration:

• The plugin continues to work on your site
• You lose access to updates and support
• Security updates will not be available

Renew your license to continue receiving updates.

To renew your license:

1. Log in to your dashboard
2. Find the expired license
3. Click "Renew License"
4. Complete the payment

Your license will be extended for another year at a 30% discount.

Yes! Invoices are available in your dashboard:

1. Go to your dashboard
2. Click on a license
3. Click "Download Invoice"

You can also request invoices by emailing support@datashellv.com.

Yes! Contact us at support@datashellv.com for volume discounts:

• 5-10 licenses: 10% off
• 11-25 licenses: 20% off
• 26+ licenses: 30% off
